By accessing this website or engaging Innovatechs for ESG reporting audit preparation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.
Services described
Content on this site describes professional preparation services for finance and compliance teams. Descriptions are informational. A signed engagement letter defines the actual scope, fees, deliverables, and limitations for any paid work. We do not provide assurance opinions, legal advice, or certified public accounting attestations through this website.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Innovatechs or used under license. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Client deliverables produced under an engagement letter are licensed to the client as stated in that letter; underlying methods and templates remain Innovatechs property unless otherwise agreed.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fee ranges, engagement descriptions, and contact details current. Information may change without prior notice. Fee tables are guidance only until confirmed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovatechs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and applicable Taiwan law. Nothing on this site creates an auditor–client or attorney–client relationship.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to site infrastructure, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies a different forum for that engagement.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
