Fee guidance for reporting season
Fees follow disclosure volume, entity count, and how complete your draft and binder already are. The figures below are starting points for Taiwan-based engagements — not a menu of software seats.
Every engagement begins with a short intake. We confirm frameworks, reporting period, assurance timeline, and whether work stays remote or needs plant visits. You receive a written estimate before any binder review starts.

What moves the estimate
- Number of consolidated entities and languages in the report
- Whether prior-year assurance comments remain open
- Completeness of Scope 3 categories and supplier evidence
- Travel outside Taipei for plant or warehouse sessions
- Rush timelines under four weeks to fieldwork
Deposits and billing
Readiness reviews typically require a 40% deposit on signing, with the balance due on delivery of the readiness memo. Session-based work is invoiced after each session unless you book a multi-session package.
We do not sell monthly software subscriptions. If scope expands mid-engagement — for example adding a new entity to the boundary — we issue a change note before continuing.
