Why we exist

ESG reporting audit preparation became a finance problem the moment lenders, investors, and Taiwan regulators began treating sustainability figures with the same seriousness as financial statements. Many teams still assemble disclosures late, with binders that only the author understands.

Innovatechs was formed in Taipei to sit with those teams before external assurance starts — reviewing claims, organizing evidence, and writing readiness memos that audit committees can actually use.

How we work

Engagements are led by people who have closed books, sat through assurance fieldwork, and rewritten disclosure language under time pressure. We prefer document rooms and working sessions over abstract methodology presentations.

We do not issue assurance opinions. Our role is preparation: so your chosen assurance provider receives a coherent trail from disclosed metric to source extract.

Taiwan context

Our office is at Lane151Sec.2ChienGwoN.Rd.R.o.c.TaipeiTaiwan(China). Much of our work involves multi-entity groups with plants outside Taipei, English and Mandarin board packs, and frameworks that mix global standards with local expectations. On-site sessions are available when source records live on the factory floor.
